Meet Chansey Garcia Martinez, a young middle schooler who just wants to make music videos for his friend’s crappy garage band. In the early 80s, this had never been done before and he was going to pioneer this new media! But a pixelated evil-doer in cyber space doesn’t like the idea of some tiny human stealing his job away from him.
